We provide safe and reliable worldwide international shipping services for all clothing orders. All apparel items are carefully packed with dust-proof, wrinkle-resistant and protective packaging materials to avoid dirt, extrusion and damage during long-distance cross-border transportation.
All orders will be processed, inspected and packaged within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once your parcel is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email for real-time logistics inquiry.

Orders under £50: Flat shipping fee of £9.50, estimated delivery 2–17 working days

All import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees incurred in the destination country shall be borne by the buyer. We provide complete official customs documents to assist smooth customs clearance. All delivery times are estimated and may be affected by customs inspection, logistics backlog, weather conditions and policy adjustments, which are beyond our control.
If you receive wrong items, missing items, damaged packaging or defective clothes, please contact our customer service within 48 hours after delivery and provide your order number and clear photos or videos. We will verify the situation quickly and provide after-sales solutions such as replacement, full refund or partial refund to protect your legitimate rights and interests.
